Welcome to my blog, my dear reader!

My name is Mathilda and I will be a volunteer in Cali, Colombia, from August 2017 until July 2018. It’s a long journey in which I intent to  help teenagers in a deprived area of the city by being a teacher. There is so much more to the story, and it has only just begun. You can read more about the project, my organisations and of course myself throughout this website in the different sections. My work depends on your contribution, so please also look at the “Support Me” tab! Feel free to send me messages or ask questions in the Contact tab. I promise I will get back to you as soon as possible.

In future I will use the blog to keep you updated and write about the preparations, and the project in Colombia.

Willkommen auf meinem Blog, meine liebe Leserschaft!

Ich heiße Mathilda und ich werde von August 2017 bis Juli 2018 als Freiwillige nach Cali, Kolumbien gehen. Es ist ein langes Unterfangen, bei dem ich als Lehrerin mein Bestes tun werde, um den Jugendlichen in einem Brennpunkt der Stadt zu helfen. Das Projekt ist sehr vielseitig, die Geschichte hat gerade erst angefangen. Du kannst auf dieser Webseite mehr über das Projekt, meine Organisationen und natürlich über mich erfahren – klick dich einfach durch das Menü. Meine Arbeit ist nur durch deine Unterstützung möglich, also schau auch gerne auf dem “Spenden” Menü vorbei! Zögere auch nicht mir jederzeit eine Nachricht oder Fragen im “Contact” Reiter zu schicken. Ich werde so schnell wie möglich antworten.

In Zukunft werde ich dich über diesen Blog auf dem Laufenden halten und über die Vorbereitungen und natürlich über das Projekt in Kolumbien schreiben.
